ReadSoft Strengthens Cooperation with SAP Through New Support Agreement

Tuesday 27. October 2009 - Through a new support cooperation agreement, ReadSoft users are to receive support via the SAP Support Portal. ReadSoft also announces its participation in the SAP EcoHub solution marketplace.

ReadSoft today announced it has signed a support cooperation agreement with SAP AG. Through this agreement, users of ReadSoft software may ask questions and obtain support via the SAP Support Portal, SAP’s online support system. This will allow ReadSoft customers to handle all support incidents in one place.

ReadSoft first presented an SAP-certified solution for invoice processing in 2001. Since then, more than 450 organizations have implemented ReadSoft’s solutions for invoice processing for use with SAP solutions. Clients include business giants such as Porsche, Areva, ThyssenKrupp, Siemens, BP and Lockheed Martin.

ReadSoft is also participating in the SAP EcoHub, an online, community-enabled solution marketplace that makes it easier for customers to discover, evaluate and purchase partner solutions – such as ReadSoft’s – that complement their SAP applications. The SAP EcoHub provides customers access to validated, trusted solutions and offerings. It also integrates community input, user feedback, ratings and partner demos, enabling a more educated selection of solutions.
