French energy company expands its use of solutions from ReadSoft through new order worth €350,000

Wednesday 14. October 2009 - A French energy company has decided to expand its use of ReadSoft software. The company has been using ReadSoft's invoice processing solutions for several years and after careful evaluation, they have now decided to roll out the software to other parts of their organization. The order was placed at the end of September and is worth approximately €350,000.

The energy company already uses ReadSoft software in several countries to automate invoice processing and approval inside their business system from SAP. ReadSoft software digitizes all incoming invoices and extracts information from them. Thereafter, it can automatically match the invoice information against purchase order data in SAP. If there is a complete match, the invoices are automatically posted for payment. If there are any errors, or if there is no purchase order present, the invoice is sent for approval in an electronic workflow.
