Oce Business Services Ranks No. 1 in Two of the Three Most Important Attributes Influencing Client Satisfaction by The Black Book of Outsourcing Survey
Thursday 01. October 2009 - Oce Business Services, an international leader in document process management technology and services, has received the top ranking in two of the three most important attributes that influence clients' satisfaction with document process outsourcing (DPO) service providers according to the 2009 Black Book of Outsourcing annual client survey.
In this year’s survey clients ranked Oce No. 1 in outsourcing implementation as well as in data security and backup; and No. 2 in reliability.
“Our research indicates that outsourcing implementation, data security and backup, and reliability are the three most important qualities that drive clients’ satisfaction with their outsourcing providers,” said Scott Wilson, partner, Brown-Wilson Group and co-author of The Black Book of Outsourcing. “The survey results show that clients consider Oce the leader in its ability to implement DPO solutions and provide data security and backup, and solid in being able to consistently meet service level agreements.”
Each year Brown-Wilson Group and Black Book Research conduct an independent annual user survey of more than 24,000 executives worldwide to evaluate leading global outsourcing service providers and advisors across 18 key performance indicators.
“This year’s survey underscores our commitment to help clients meet vital business needs that include lowering costs, mitigating risk and streamlining operations,” said Joseph R. Marciano, president and CEO of Oce Business Services.
Oce Business Services was also recently named to the top-ranked Leaders category of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals’ (IAOP) 2009 Global Outsourcing 100 list. This is the third straight year Oce has been ranked a Leader on The Global Outsourcing 100.
