Pantone Names Ron Potesky Senior Vice President and General Manager
Wednesday 30. September 2009 - Pantone LLC, an X-Rite company (NASDAQ: XRIT) and the global authority on color and provider of color standards for design professionals, today announced the appointment of Ron Potesky as senior vice president and general manager of Pantone. In this role, Potesky will spearhead the development of new digital innovation to advance the PANTONE Brand.

Vacchiano, Jr., chief executive officer of X-Rite. “Ron has a terrific track record, working for innovative and successful technology leaders. Potesky previously served as senior vice president of marketing at Ricoh Americas Corporation, having joined the company in 1999. In this role, Potesky was responsible for brand and channel strategies which were central to Ricohs growth over the last decade. Prior to joining Ricoh, Potesky spent seven years at Canon USA, Inc. as director of product marketing.
In 2009, Potesky served as a keynote speaker at the Lyra Imaging Symposium in Palm Springs, Calif., and the Digital Sign Show in Las Vegas. Potesky holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the State University of New York at Purchase.
