Shutterfly Acquires Tiny Pictures
Wednesday 16. September 2009 - Shutterfly, Inc. (NASDAQ:SFLY), the leading Internet-based social expression and personal publishing service, announced today that it has acquired Tiny Pictures, a privately held San Francisco based company, backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Mohr Davidow Ventures. Tiny Pictures develops leading-edge applications and services for picture and video sharing. Tiny Picturess founder and CEO, John Poisson, along with the Tiny Pictures team, will join Shutterfly.
