Tuesday 15. September 2009 - Award Acknowledges a Successful, Mutually-Beneficial Partnership between Konica Minolta and Allegra Network
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta), a leading provider of advanced imaging and networking technologies for the desktop to the print shop, today announced that it has received the 2009 Supplier of the Year award from Allegra Network, the franchisor for the Allegra Print & Imaging, American Speedy Printing, Insty-Prints, Zippy Print and Speedy Printing print brands. The award was presented during Allegra Network’s recent convention in Chicago, Illinois on August 26-28, 2009.
The award is presented each year and is voted on by Allegra Network franchise members. Criteria for consideration includes strong communication, quick problem solving avenues, timely resolution of customer complaints, high levels of service, marketing support and leading edge technologies; to name a few.
“The Allegra Network Technology Group has relationships with over 100 suppliers, so this award is particularly gratifying”, said Fred Winckler, Director, Key Accounts-Franchise Print for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. “While our relationship with Allegra Network and their franchisees is relatively new, we are obviously being quickly adopted by the owners and demonstrating a firm commitment to add value to the investments they have made with Konica Minolta. We’re very proud to have received this recognition.”
“We are very excited to see companies like Konica Minolta be recognized by our franchise system”, said Tim Wood, Vice President of Technology for Allegra Network. “This award is voted on by our system and I’m proud to give it out every year. Receiving this award shows a dedication not only from the corporate staff at Konica Minolta but more importantly the technicians in the field. Konica Minolta has put together a very strong program for our system and it is good to see this hard work is being recognized.”
