Heiler Software launches its user forum for Enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) and e-procurement

Monday 24. August 2009 - Heiler Software, a leading provider of Enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) and e-procurement solutions, has launched a public forum to promote discussions between customers, partners, and other interested parties. LF.net Netzwerksysteme implemented the backbone system for the new community at forum.heiler.com and will manage it on Heiler's behalf.

The Heiler User Forum is a public forum, accessible to everyone, and it is hoped that this forum will facilitate broad discussions on Enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) and e-procurement. Rolf J. Heiler, CEO of Heiler Software AG, explains the community’s goals as follows: “Members of the forum will openly discuss our products and all issues concerning these topics. The forum will also help users and Heiler employees to further develop their products, understand new processes and functions, and incorporate them into standard solutions”. By taking this step towards a public platform, Heiler has become the first software provider in the area of Enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) and e-procurement to use public discussions to promote transparency. There will be no censorship, unless the contributions are in breach of law, cause offense or are of a derogatory nature.
