Xplor Launches productXPO
Tuesday 21. July 2009 - New Online Event Brings Together Vendors and End-Users from the Digital Document Industry
Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced the launch of productXPO, a series of online events designed to bring together vendors and end-users from the digital document industry and share information and knowledge on vendor products and services. The events are scheduled for August 24-27, 2009 and marketed to Xplors database of over 75,000 industry professionals worldwide.
“The most difficult and expensive task in marketing is getting products and services in front of the right audience, whether it is through a tradeshow, webinar, direct mail piece or email,” said Skip Henk, EDP, President and CEO of Xplor International. “Xplors productXPO brings together the scope of the Xplor database and the power of the Web, to allow vendors to showcase their products and services to a highly relevant group of buyers.”
Xplors productXPO will feature (3) one-hour vendor presentations per day over the course of four days. Xplor will market the sessions to document professionals within its database, facilitate on line registration, send reminders and serve as a moderator for each vendor session. Each session is also being recorded. Participating vendors need only to submit an electronic version of their companys logo, presentation descriptions and be on hand 20 minutes prior to their session, Xplor does the rest.
Program Costs
Each one-hour productXPO vendor presentation sponsorship is priced at $2,195 USD for Xplor member organizations and $2,495 USD for non-member organizations. The price includes the following entitlements: one-hour speaking slot, link of the recorded webinar, link posted on Xplor website, publish in Xplor member newsletter and E-Document News,, company listing and description in digital brochure, registration list from the vendors session and marketing to at least 50,000 document professionals.
