IKON Office Solutions, Inc., a Ricoh company, today announced the launch of IKON Litovation SolutionsSM, a new offering that integrates a comprehensive suite of leading technology and services to provide highly flexible litigation support and document management solutions to meet a wide range of needs required by law firms and corporations.

Already an industry leader for both on-site and off-site document management and litigation support services, IKON developed the IKON Litovation Solutions portfolio using a rigorous process that combined customer feedback with best-in-class technology and IKON’s service capabilities. Customers can now leverage the strength of IKON to more effectively respond to their complex litigation support and document management needs.

IKON Litovation Solutions provides flexible offerings to assist in every phase of the legal discovery lifecycle, and includes technology that meets IKON’s evaluation and testing criteria to deliver consistent, high quality results on every project, regardless of size. A single point of contact from IKON’s experienced project management team helps to manage the litigation support process, from document identification and collection to review and production.

Data Forensics – IKON offers a forensic data harvesting process that provides an efficient way for law firms and corporations to remotely collect data, reducing the need for on-site travel and providing early insight as to the viability of the litigation. The solution is deployed from IKON directly to client sites, and provides a forensically sound process with documented chain of custody.

Electronic Discovery – IKON offers an innovative model for electronic data discovery services, leveraging its network of processing centers across the country, combined with a centralized processing center in Phoenix, Arizona. This approach provides fast turnaround, from small jobs to the extremely large, giving processing redundancy and delivering data to reviewers quickly and accurately, regardless of data format.

Document Imaging – IKON provides document imaging services through its network of litigation technology and processing centers, and can support on-site imaging through its mobile imaging teams and through its contracted managed services team. IKON’s quality control process includes a 1:1 ratio of quality control experts to document production specialists to check each image in real time throughout the process.

Document Coding – IKON offers coding and indexing services, including logical document determination and unitization, as well as objective bibliographic and in-text coding.
