Pacific-Antai Life Insurance Chooses GMC Software Technology for Centralized Printing and Document Management

Monday 01. June 2009 - GMC Software Technology, the standard in personalized communication, today announced that Pacific-Antai Life Insurance has selected GMC ’s PrintNet as the centralized printing and document management software platform for its transactional, compliance and customer communications needs.

Pacific-Antai Life Insurance Company (PALIC) was established in 1998 in Shanghai. It was co-founded by one of the largest insurance companies in China, China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. and the Dutch ING Group.

Pacific-Antai has 22 marketing and insurance service centers in Shanghai, Guangdong and Jiangsu, with over 2000 registered insurance agents and serves a customer base of over 300,000 individuals. Each month, the business prints and mails between 1000’s of personalized items, including statements, customer correspondence, contracts and claim notices from a portfolio of 17 main and “rider” insurance products. Pacific-Antai will initially use PrintNet to create, produce and automate the production of its high volume customer correspondence and plans to take advantage of other PrintNet products, to integrate a number of existing and new internet and web applications, making PrintNet their chosen solution to unite customer communications within the organization
