Bristol based manufacturer, Drytac Europe Ltd’s investments generate confidence in the industry during the recession

May 2009 - A refreshing change to the doom and gloom which surrounds us at this time, investment from this UK manufacturer into large new initiatives, projects much needed positivity in the industry, truly relished by not only customers, but other manufacturers alike, contributing encouraging optimism that we can make it through these uncertain times successfully.

A £100,000 plus investment in a new improved coating system, enhancing further the quality and output the Bristol, UK plant. Developed and engineered in Switzerland, the new coating head offers numerous benefits including greater accuracy on coat weights and enhanced visual appearance.

Drytac, a manufacturer of graphics for finishing and display, understand that just giving good customer service isn’t enough, and have always believed in going above and beyond the expectations of their valued customers. This has indeed been emphasized further during such uncertain economic times, and so, with this strong customer focus in mind, Drytac have invested in a brand new Customer Relationship Management system. This CRM program enables their customer service advisors to access more accurate information quickly, leaving them able to spend more time focusing on the customers needs. This advanced program does not stop at the customer service team, but improves communication throughout all departments, from sales to marketing, accounts or production, ensuring all parties involved are aware of what needs to be done to satisfy customer needs and deliver excellent results. Drytac also like to ensure that their customers are getting the absolute best out of their purchases, and so run regular free training schools at their on-site, purpose built training facilities in Bristol. These schools are led by a member of their knowledgeable team, and offer tips for increasing profit & product value, trouble-shooting and how to get the most out of their machines and consumables.
