ReadSoft signs agreement with Swedish public authority worth EUR 175,000

Wednesday 20. May 2009 - A Swedish public authority has chosen to initially invest approximately EUR 175,000 in the document handling solution FORMS, by ReadSoft. The solution will automate the handling of preprinted forms. In addition to the time and cost savings, this authority is now able to better control and follow up its processes.

With the aid of ReadSoft’s document handling solution, this authority will be able to minimize manual work by automating information capture of its incoming documents and papers. Reduced handling costs, faster processing times, more efficient error handling and better control are just a few of the advantages.

“Over 3,000 customers around the world already use our document handling solutions,” says ReadSoft’s CEO Jan Andersson. “That we can still seal prestigious deals like this, 15 years after the product was first launched, feels especially good. In addition, there are good prospects that this authority will make additional investments in the product later this year, which also means that we can then divulge more information about both the customer and the project.”
