Yellow Pages Income Fund Announces April 2009 Distribution

Thursday 16. April 2009 - Yellow Pages Income Fund (TSX:YLO.UN) announced today that its monthly cash distribution of $0.09750 per Fund unit will be paid on May 15, 2009 to unitholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2009.

This cash distribution covers the period from April 1, 2009 to April 30, 2009.
