Open House Event at Muller Martini – Flexibility for Perfect Binding
Tuesday 17. March 2009 - On June 4 and 5, 2009 Muller Martini will be holding an open house event at the Bookbinding Academy Felben, where the new 3696 gathering machine with a performance level of up to 12,000 cycles per hour will be premiered.
The new 3696 gathering machine can process a wide range of products, ensuring that it is as flexible as possible. The standard feeders ensure a unique level of safety when separating signatures, and therefore offer high performance levels for a whole host of different products. One of the main selling points of the 3696 gathering machine is its flexible feeder range and that it can produce cards and specialist materials simply and reliably.
The new innovation, the PUR SPN side gluing unit will also be presented in Felben. This technology enables coated and laminated covers to be processed into first-class products. The SPN side gluing unit complements the universal Muller Martini range of PUR adhesive binding processing products.
With the Pantera, Acoro, Bolero and Corona lines visitors to the Bookbinding Academy will also be able to examine the complete range of Muller Martini perfect binders.
