Schibsted ASA (SCH) – Flagging – Proxies for extraordinary general meeting

Monday 02. March 2009 - Ole Jacob Sunde, chairman of the board of directors of Schibsted ASA, has been assigned voting rights in connection with the extraordinary general meeting on March 10 2009, based on proxies for a total of 3,875,615 shares in Schibsted ASA.

The proxies apply exclusively to the extraordinary annual general meeting mentioned above. This entails that Ole Jacob Sunde has proxies holding voting rights of 5.6 % of the votes in Schibsted ASA. Sunde owns through his related party company Ringgården AS 100,000 shares in Schibsted, a share of 0.14 % of the votes in the company.
