Swiss Magazine Names DuPont a Top Employer

Tuesday 24. February 2009 - Bilan, the premiere French-language business publication in Switzerland, has ranked DuPont third on its list of best employers in the French-speaking region of Switzerland for its excellent education offerings.

The best practices in Human Resources were rated as a result of a survey sent to 80 employers. The questionnaire contained 34 questions in seven categories including salary, holidays, learning, diversity and flexible working time. DuPont has about 700 employees in Switzerland and marks its 50th anniversary this year.
“Our terms and conditions of employment are developed to ensure that we attract and keep the right people in a very competitive local market,” said Ingrid Moryl, country manager, DuPont Human Resources, Switzerland.
