Yellow Pages Income Fund Announces February 2009 Distribution

Friday 13. February 2009 - Yellow Pages Income Fund (TSX:YLO.UN) announced today that its monthly cash distribution of $0.09750 per Fund unit will be paid on March 16, 2009 to unitholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2009.

This cash distribution covers the period from February 1, 2009 to February 28, 2009.
