Jameco Ships New Web-Enabled Catalog

Wednesday 07. January 2009 - Jameco's first new full-color electronic components catalog of 2009 features access to more products than ever before with Jameco's web-code listings. Customers can now easily access more than 100,000 products without having to wrestle with an overweight catalog.

“Customers are always telling us that we have the highest quality catalog in the industry, but without the unnecessary bulk of other books,” said Greg Harris, Vice President of Marketing. “Our new web-code feature allows our readers to go from catalog to web to see more products, more information and the latest pricing without having to hassle with web searches.”

Jameco’s 291 catalog, which mails this week, is the first catalog since the company dramatically re-priced more than 80,000 products. Jameco’s low-priced leadership, combined with its house brand and factory overrun offerings, gives design engineers an opportunity to design in low costs from the very beginning.

This catalog features hundreds of new products from companies like LiteOn, Yageo, Meanwell, Phihong, and RAF Hardware.
