QuadTech Lends Expertise to Best Practices Tool

Friday 26. December 2008 - QuadTech, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of control systems for commercial, newspaper, publication gravure, and packaging printers, announced today they will be featuring the Web Offset Champion Group’s (WOCG) Best Practices Guides at their booth at All in Print China, held in Shanghai from November 14-17, 2008.

QuadTech experts will be on hand to discuss the guide and answer questions from visitors regarding offset printing or related topics.

“We’re thrilled to be presenting the Best Practice Guides,” said Karl Fritchen, President of QuadTech. “As part of the Web Offset Champions Group, we want to make sure that we’re sharing the best possible information with printers worldwide. The Best Practice Guides provide insights from a wide range of experts with the goal of helping to improve web offset print quality.”

The WOCG is a joint project of international suppliers working with other industry specialists, printers and associations throughout the world to promote industry best practices. The WOCG guides are comprehensive, easy-to-read booklets that bring together best-practices for: roll-to-web processing; web-break prevention and diagnosis; explaining how to work more efficiently, increase productivity and improve diagnostic procedures.

The QuadTech booth (#E6C02) will be located in the east hall. Visitors are encouraged to stop by and discuss the guide with our experts during the show.

The Web Offset Champion Group comprises a number of leading global suppliers to the Web Offset printing industry.
