Dave White Joins Quark as Vice President of Alliances and Emerging Technology
Tuesday 23. December 2008 - Quark today announced that Dave White has joined the company as vice president of alliances and emerging technology.
White brings to Quark more than two decades of experience in the software industry, including 14 years focused on dynamic publishing software. White is now responsible for leading the development of Quarks strategic partnerships and identifying business opportunities for the companys continued growth.
Previously, White served as vice president of product strategy at PTC, where he was instrumental in optimizing technology and partnerships across the companys product portfolio. Prior to PTC, Dave held senior positions in technology strategy, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions at Arbortext, and he brings additional experience from an engineering background in the automation and telecommunications industries.
“Dave is an excellent addition to Quarks senior team, and Im confident he will apply his industry and business expertise to execute on our vision to lead the dynamic publishing market,” said Quark CEO Ray Schiavone.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology from Purdue University.
