OfficeMax Names Tony Giuliano as Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations
Monday 22. December 2008 - OfficeMax Incorporated (NYSE:OMX), a leader in office products and services, today announced that Tony Giuliano has been named vice president, treasurer and investor relations. Giuliano will oversee treasury and risk management activities as well as investor relations for the company.
Giuliano, 50, brings to OfficeMax more than 20 years of corporate finance experience. Prior to joining OfficeMax, Giuliano was treasurer with ACCO Brands Corporation (“ACCO”) since 2005, where he was responsible for integrating and managing the merged global treasury activities of ACCO and General Binding Corporation (“GBC”). Previously, Giuliano held senior level treasury, investor relations, and financial planning positions with GBC and Montgomery Ward. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and a B.A. degree in Economics and Mathematics from Hiram College.
