With the power to handle the heaviest of office workloads, the Océ VarioLink 3622/4222/5022 MFPs provide fast first copy out time of 3.2 to 3.6 seconds for decisive office productivity. At 36 to 50 pages per minute, a fast 600 MHz processor, 1 GB system memory and customizable shortcut keys to make job setup fast, documents are finished quickly. The Océ VarioLink 3622/4222/5022 MFPs have a maximum paper capacity of 5,650 sheets for seamless efficiency and an 80 sheet auto-duplex document feeder. Providing convenience and productivity, the front-facing USB port allows walk up scan to or print from USB memory device.
Versatility
From simple sorting and mailbin options to multi-position stapling, half-folds, booklet making and 2 and 3 hole-punching, the ability to customize the Océ VarioLink 3622/4222/5022 devices is left to the businesss needs. Fast gigabit Ethernet connection, scan functionality and embedded security are standard allowing users to manage documents digitally and securely. An optional print controller with both PCL6 and Postscript 3 printing capabilities supports compatibility in a range of networked environments. The addition of an optional 60 GB hard drive for user box and job management provides users a higher level of efficiency that allows them to focus on other important business tasks. Océ VarioLink 3622/4222/5022 devices also print on a wide spectrum of paper sizes from statement to ledger and weights from 13 lb bond to 110 lb index.
Ease-of-use
The VarioLink 3622/4222/5022 has a large, easy to read, 8.5 inch full-color LCD control panel. The LCD panel tilts for easy access and the display can be enlarged so that job selection and data entry are simple and easy to follow. The programmable shortcut keys and document thumbnail previews at the control panel make this interface easy for any user to operate.
Security
The Océ VarioLink 3622/4222/5022 devices come equipped with several standard features to protect businesses valuable data. SMTP and LDAP authentication, IP address filtering, SSL encryption and HDD data erase are available to provide the level of security that the users chooses. The optional biometric authentication unit recognizes unique physical characteristics of each user, thereby restricting device access to only authorized individuals.
