Open training courses for skilling new staff
Friday 14. November 2008 - The Krones Academy will be showcasing its expanded programme. Fluctuation within the workforce structure at the firms clients often leads to efficiency problems.
The Krones Academy supports its customers with appropriate skilling initiatives for new and existing staff, enabling this transformational process to be effectively mastered. Besides the training provided when a new machine is purchased, the Academys catalogue also includes options for open training courses, which customers can select and book to suit their own individual needs.
The catalogue of 2009 is already available and in addition to the familiar training units also offers new topics like maintenance strategy, aseptics, logistics and “Train the Trainer”.
The substantive training modules are similar to the initial training content. In the open courses, however, different customers staff come together in a single event. The mutual cross-company feedback can be extremely helpful, with an outside viewpoint on getting to grips with procedures to cope with particular problems.
This training option makes it even easier to send staff for training without having to request a trainer, independently of a new machinery purchase. It is now being offered in all the LCS Training Centres worldwide for a variety of different target groups, such as operators, maintenance personnel, electricians and IT engineers, supervisors and plant managers.
