Rexam / CTL-Tuboplast Hispania dispenser tube chosen by Clarins

The Extra Firming Tightening Lift Botanical Serum, Instant Light Complexion Perfector, Super Restorative Tinted Cream and Sun Tinted Gel, are the four new Clarins products using the Rexam Dispenser Tube.
The set consists of an SP 343 Airless pump and a supple tube created in partnership with CTL-Tuboplast Hispania. This Clarins range utilizes 30 ml and 40 ml tubes with a 25 mm diameter.
The tube and pump combination has many advantages and offers real benefits for the customer, including superior function, ergonomics and aesthetics.
In use, the pump design allows for precise formulation dosage, with a single, soft actuation of the push button. Also, the airless system guarantees totally sealed conditioning. Once the product has been put into the tube, the Airless SP 343 pump prevents air from getting in, protecting the integrity of the formula, in terms of efficacy or discoloration.
The dependable pump offers an excellent rate of return and allows for total emptying, which means minimal waste, even with high viscosity formulas.
On the logistics side, the manufacturing process is simplified. Rexam and their partner CTL-Tuboplast Hispania provide the pump/cap and tube system in once piece. The kit is delivered ready-assembled, enabling a high level of conditioning on traditional tube-filling lines.
The Dispenser Tubes are offered with three possible degrees of protection: single layer, COEX, and laminated tube with EVOH barrier.
The tube and pump set is available in three versions combining plastic or metal.
Clarins have chosen the metal pump and metal cap set for Instant Light and Sun Tinted Gel and a plastic cap and plastic push button set for the Tinted Cream.
