Enfocus launches new Crossroads website
Monday 27. October 2008 - Online platform allows Enfocus to expand reach to Crossroads community
Enfocus is launching a new website for Crossroads to provide more education, tools and functionality for partners, customers and consultants of Enfocus Switch automation solutions. This unique community includes Enfocus Switch approved Application and Implementation partners, Switch users and Enfocus staff. It also includes a forum to stimulate discussion and interaction among community members.
“This site now becomes a central online platform for this industry-wide group,” said David van Driessche, Director of Enfocus Marketing. “All stakeholders can leverage this site to meet online, share experiences and inform themselves. The end result will be an increased deployment of automated Switch-based solutions across the industry which will ultimately benefit both participants and the industry as a whole.”
www.crossroads-world.com is a unique communication platform that draws together a large community of software vendors offering automation products for publishing workflows. Enfocus Switch configurators quickly and easily configure Enfocus and third-party applications to link software applications to create automated, end-to-end workflows. This includes popular applications from suppliers such as Adobe, Alwan, callas software, Elpical, EFI, PerfectProof, Quark and Ultimate. These and other partners have joined together to ensure seamless integration, solve specific customer automation issues and educate the market about the value of workflow automation and how to get started.

“We are excited about this launch,” added van Driessche. “Our industry is at a crossroads as technology and market demands continue to accelerate. The website allows us to expand the reach of the Crossroads community. It will truly be the place where automation meets, and will be helpful to the publishing community as it strives to move into a digital, automated future.”
