Kodak Board Declares Semi-Annual Cash Dividend
Friday 17. October 2008 - Eastman Kodak Companys board of directors today declared a semi-annual cash dividend of 25 cents per share on the outstanding common stock of the company.
The 25-cent per share dividend declared today will be payable December 12, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 3, 2008.
