technotrans opens Sales and Service office in Spain tapping additional market potential with local presence

Tuesday 07. October 2008 - The technotrans Group intensifies their presence on the Iberian Peninsula with a new office. "Thanks to our French subsidiary, which has taken care of this important European market for some years, we have excellent contacts to all sales representatives of the major press manufacturers as well as to most of the bigger customers.

Our investment into the extension of our service organisation shall continuously strengthen our local position and shall help to further optimise customer satisfaction,” says John Stacey, member of the Board of Management of technotrans AG and responsible for the international subsidiaries, during the opening ceremony for the new offices.

Manuel Alcala, Head of sales in the new technotrans España branch, pointed out that technotrans’ committment is based on the company’s long-term strategy. “We know, that in the current situation our customers are carefully considering every investment. Being present in this market we can take care that the installed equipment is in perfect working condition by supplying spare parts and providing service support by trained technicians. Almost as a side effect we can also provide information on how equipment can be upgraded in order to save costs and help the environment.”
