Yellow Pages Group Enters Saskatchewan

Thursday 28. August 2008 - Yellow Pages Group (YPG) (TSX:YLO.UN) announces that it has acquired Get It Pages, a directory publisher serving four regional communities in the Province of Saskatchewan. Coincident with this initial foray into the province, YPG will also begin selling online advertising for its national YellowPages.caTM offering in the province's primary cities of Regina and Saskatoon.

Tellier, President and Chief Executive Officer of Yellow Pages Group. “In addition to providing relevant local content to consumers in the province, Saskatchewan businesses will benefit from access to a truly national marketplace, now both print and online, something which we can offer with unparalleled reach.”

Get It Pages publishes four directories in Saskatchewan: Battleford, Meadow Lake and area; Prince Albert and area; Yorkton, Melville and area; and Estevan, Weyburn and area. These directories will be integrated into YPG’s operations and be carrying the well-known Yellow PagesTM brand in the near future. YPG will introduce online offerings to the same four markets, plus to Regina and Saskatoon businesses. The Company will leverage the local expertise of the existing Get It Pages sales force to promote its bundle of integrated print and online capabilities.

YPG’s network of web sites reaches over 7 million unique visitors monthly, providing small and medium-sized businesses a very compelling window on the web.
