Truepress Jet2500UV

The Truepress Jet2500UV is a versatile wide-format inkjet printing system that is compatible with substrates and applications ranging from point-of-purchase materials to posters, banners and textiles. It combines efficient handling of rigid substrates and the flexibility of reel printing for rolled media up to 1.96″ thick and 98.4″ wide. It achieves output speeds up to 726.5 square feet per hour, making it one of the fastest high-level digital printers. The Truepress Jet2500UV offers the highest imaging resolution in its class.

Truepress Jet520

The Truepress Jet520 is ideal for on-demand production of local magazines, newspapers, small-lot printing, textbooks and transactional printing worldwide. This multifaceted print engine handles inkjet paper, standard paper and even uncoated paper up to 20.5″ wide. The Truepress Jet520 incorporates a roll-fed paper transport system and can print 210′ per minute, the equivalent of 55,000 impressions per hour. With an imaging resolution of 720 dpi x 720 dpi, the Truepress Jet520 provides the highest resolution of any single-pass inkjet digital printing system.

Truepress 344
The 4-color Truepress 344 DI press has a maximum sheet size of 13.4″ x 18.5″ and print speed of 7,000 sheets per hour. It utilizes a thermal multi-array laser diode imaging system to expose processless plates. All four plates are exposed simultaneously. At top speed, the Truepress 344 can produce a 500-sheet single-sided job from start to finish in less than 15 minutes, with a five-minute makeready.

PlateRite 8800ZX

Screen’s flagship 8-up CTP device is well suited to companies with above-average plate demands. In addition to the top speed of 50 plates per hour, the PlateRite 8800ZX has the flexibility to image a range of smaller plates, plus an option for resolutions high enough for the printing of bonds and other securities.

Trueflow SE v6.0

Trueflow SE v6.0, the newest upgrade to Screen’s PDF- and JDF-based workflow management system, not only improves CTP production, but is also essential for businesses that use print-on-demand devices in a hybrid offset/digital workflow.
