KBA North America Inc., based in Williston, Vermont, is announcing that its corporate headquarters will be moving to Dallas, Texas in the summer of 2009. The relocation will join the KBA sheetfed and web divisions under one roof along with the sales, service and parts departments as well as the corporate demonstration center. KBA North America has already a parts and service center near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport since early 2007.

“We’ve been headquartered outside of Burlington, Vermont for more than 20 years,” says Holger Garbrecht, KBA North America president and CEO. “But with our continued growth in all market segments it is the ideal time for us to move to a more central location to better serve our North American customers. By having our sheetfed and web divisions together, we’ll be able to show our customers an even broader diversity of press products and solutions-from our small-format offset presses to our large format sheetfed and web press equipment-all under one roof. After our relocation, we’ll host an open house with industry leaders to demonstrate our expanded capabilities.”
KBA will be inviting its current employees to seek relocation to the new facility in Dallas. The firm will continue to maintain offices in Florida and Minnesota as well as its KBA Canada offices in Toronto and Montreal. Its Montreal based customers will continue to be serviced by KBA and its partner KBR Graphiques Ltée.
