Change of management at manroland Czech and manroland Adriatic
Thursday 19. June 2008 - As of 1st June, 2008 Miroslav Zoubek has been appointed as managing director of manroland Czech and Marko Koelj has been appointed to managing director of manroland d.o.o. (Slovenia) and manroland Hrvatska d.o.o.
Miroslav Zoubek studied printing sciences at the Technical University in Leipzig. He started his career in a printing house in Prague as production manager, and worked several years as a technical manager in a newspaper printing company in Prague. The last sixteen years he worked as a sales manager and as the Country Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia of an international company for prepress systems, printing plates and consumables. Miroslav Zoubek (47) is married and father of two children. Mr. Zoubek follows Jaroslav Masopust who will retire end of July 2008. “Mr. Masopust has over the last sixteen years very successful managed and grown the manroland organization, increased, and strengthened the marked share of manroland in the Czech Republic and Slovakia”, states Gerhard W. Gocek, CEO of manroland CEE AG.
New managing director at manroland Adriatic
Marko Koelj holds a university degree in electronics. He started his career in an international company as software developer. Thereafter Mr. Koelj has worked as after sales manager and as sales manager for an international company for electronic systems. The last six years he worked as the sales director and country manager for the Slovenian market. Marko Koelj (42) is married and father of two children. Gerhard W. Gocek expects from Marko Koelj to strengthen the brand manroland, to further develop the service level of the company and as a result to increase the market share for manroland in the Adriatic region.
