Video Area Explorer
Tuesday 20. May 2008 - This new system is based on the possibility to flow a video zoom head along two axes (x-y) and to be able to measure distances between two points without the use of a PC.
It can explore surfaces or very big objects and can directly be used in the production departments (moulds construction, assemblages, reparations, etc.).
The VA-EX525 has an exploration area and useful measure of 500x250mm with possibility to insert or to flow under it carpets or objects up to 750mm of width and 40mm of height (the system is obviously raiseable and adaptable to the varied situations).
It is easily transportable having a reduced encumbrance (810x410x450mm) and limitated weight (13 Kg.) and can be positioned on plane, curved surfaces or on two possible supports.
It uses a zoom objective with annular light incorporated led and an high resolution camera for magnifications between 30 and 120x (but it can be requested with different magnifications); besides it is possible to measure with an accuracy of 0,03mm on x-y axes distances between different points thanks to two sensors that directly bring the data on two displays.
The video signal is sent to any monitor/TV provided with scart socket, but it can also be sent by radio to a monitor to greater distances to give way to more people to jointly discuss of particular details, moreover to avoid that delicate objects (monitor) are on direct contact with the productions.
Naturally it is possible to connect the VA-EX525 to PC or laptop to acquire, compare, archive images, to film and for all the more requested measurements types; our softwares VideoView, VideoKLite and Vision Control are able to satisfy the greatest part of the applications.
