Kodak Board Declares Semi-Annual Cash Dividend

Thursday 15. May 2008 - Eastman Kodak Company’s board of directors today declared a semi-annual cash dividend of 25 cents per share on the outstanding common stock of the company.

The 25-cent per share dividend declared today will be payable July 16, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2008.
