Thursday 22. May 2008 - Ferrarini & Benelli will not miss the next appointment at the DRUPA exhibition for proposing the ultimate news in the corona treatment applications. The focus of the converting technology for the future is flexibility and therefore corona treatment systems that can suit multiple applications.

For treating all types of plastic, paper and metallized materials, Ferrarini & Benelli proposes new models for the ceramic-technology POLIMETAL series. The combination of ceramic electrodes and ceramic roller permits to treat all kind of materials. The modularity and the different number of electrodes that can be proposed, permit to propose the best model that can fit all production requirements and speed (up to 600 m/min).
All models of the POLIMETAL series can be completed with special optional items, as: motorization of the discharge roll with an integrate inverter; nip roller to avoid the backside treatment; airflow detector for the ozone suction control; pressurization for application in explosion proof environment.
At Ferrarini & Benelli’s stand (12 B 56) will be exhibited a corona treating station POLIMETAL series, model 2G4 ceramic technology, as well as other products (banana and elastic cords spreaders rollers). The stand will be realized in collaboration with AIRMAT Gmbh, which is Ferrarini & Benelli’s agent in Germany.
