ENULEC ElectroStatic Printing Assist Systems

Monday 26. May 2008 - ENULEC specializes in the design and manufacture of ElectroStatic Printing Assist Systems for the rotogravure printing industry. Our products are valued by printers of flexible packaging, printers of tobacco and cigarette packaging, security printers and décor printers as well as printers of print for publication.

Our process is suitable for use with non-metallised paper and plastic substrates and is used to optimize the transfer of non-metallic solvent and water based inks from the gravure cylinder to the substrate, particularly in fine tonal areas. Safety is of prime importance to us and our products are ATEX approved.

This year at DRUPA we shall be showing products representative of our range including our ESA1000 Top-Loading System and Direct Charging and Side Loading ESA systems featuring our new fluid transmission device. Also on show will be the unique ENULEC low maintenance, air-purged top-loading electrode which is designed to significantly reduce the need for maintenance in paper dust rich environments. Typical static discharge systems will further be on exhibit as will be the latest version of our STH60 Ribbon Tacker, designed specifically for the gravure print for publication industry.
