The largest temporary DRAABE air humidification system is being installed in Düsseldorf on 12,000 sqm
Friday 16. May 2008 - In the drupa trade fair halls 1 and 2 of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG,air humidification specialist DRAABE (Germany) is set to mount the largest temporary air humidification and water treatment system it has ever installed.
In order to ensure optimal production conditions for the printing demonstrations with a relative air humidity of 55%, a total of 33 DRAABE TurboFog 32 atomizers must be installed on a surface of 12,000 sqm. In addition to the high-pressure air humidification, all Heidelberg printing machines are supplied with standardized process water via a DRAABE pure water system. The challenging logistics and intensive construction activities must be coordinated with the Düsseldorf trade fair and Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG within a tight deadline in order not to disrupt the trade fair business prior to drupa and preparations of the printing machine manufacturer. The air humidification specialist can rely on its extensive drupa experience for support: this will be the forth time that DRAABE has been commissioned by Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG to install an air-humidification system since 1995.
Under the motto “Success is in the air”, DRAABE will also present a new high-pressure technology and the new atomiser generation “DRAABE NanoFog” at the sector event in Düsseldorf (Hall 16, Stand 16D43).
