After the successful introduction at Drupa 2004, the FSA 1060 Foil Commander is now firmly established as most professional machine in the market. The strong demand for this industry leading high speed platen press for B1 foil stamping and embossing proves its very good price-performance ratio.
The patented VACUFOIL foil transportation system makes it possible to process stamping foil reels with large diameter of 300/350 mm (11.8″/13.8″) at a maximum production speed of 8,000 sheets/hour.
Moreover, it must be mentioned that the long standard dwell time – 25 % longer compared to other machines, extendable up to a max. of 2.5 seconds – and the pressure of 350 t (385 US tons) allow deep and large combination foil stamping plus a productivity of up to 100% more than competitor machines. Long dwell times permit lower stamping temperatures and require less pressure!

Flexible processing from the web
The ROFO 910 is the only web-fed foil stamping machine in the world capable of processing web widths up to 910 mm (35.8″) and offering the flat/flat foil stamping and embossing principle. The machine runs up to 100 m/min (328/min. corresponding to 8,000 strokes/hour). The short set up times for the cost effective flat stamping dies and pre-selectable repeat and print lengths result in higher profit margins for both large and small print runs.
For the application of single-picture holograms and strips for the security industry (OVDs = Optical Variable Devices), the ROFO 910 offers completely new application possibilities, including the application of strips with transverse foil feed!
Tailor-made custom solutions are possible thanks to the modular construction. For example, two stamping stations can be arranged one after the other, and/or additional processing stages, including sheeting, piling, slitting and die-cutting can be integrated.

The Classic
The FSA 870 Compact is well known for its register accuracy and excellent quality of foil stamping at high production speeds up to 6000 sheets/hour. All standard printing machines in the B2 50 x 70 cm (19.7″ x 27.5″) format class are covered with the optimal 870 x 560 mm (34.3″ x 22.0″) sheet format or 870 x 600 mm (34.3″ x 23.6″) in the optional ESS version.

Gietz-machines require a minimum of regular servicing, as the experience of millions of operating hours has been integrated into every new machine. For this servicing the customers can rely on Gietz and its international partners at all times. This is also the case for the availability of customer service, the rapid arrival of service technicians and the prompt delivery of spare parts – all of which are a matter of pride for Gietz. More than 30,000 different items are in stock. This applies for all Gietz-machines, even if they were purchased many years ago.
