BOWE BELL + HOWELL Executive Vice President of BBH Services to Address Worldwide Business Research Field Service Conference
Tuesday 08. April 2008 - John Tarascio, BOWE BELL + HOWELL's (BBH) executive vice president of BBH Services, will address more than 300 senior-level service industry leaders at the national Field Service Conference in Tucson, Ariz. on April 8. The conference is hosted by Worldwide Business Research, which organizes targeted events that address critical needs across a wide range of business topics.
Tarascio’s presentation, “Customer Driven Service Automation,” explains how companies can maximize process automation to improve efficiency and profitability. “Our goal is to balance the automation of repetitive processes while enhancing customer satisfaction,” said Tarascio. “The system we now have in place enables us to understand and anticipate our customers’ needs. In addition, we have the ability to better forecast and project business results, and are better positioned to adapt to changes in the future.”
Every day service organizations rely on lagging indicators to make business decisions that impact their future. Systems that accurately present information from critical data pools such as people knowledge, product performance and process effectiveness are needed to improve overall organizational productivity. Understanding how results are affected by the performance and behaviors of these three critical business elements is important to every business manager. Developing systems that provide such intelligence is what BOWE BELL + HOWELL’s service organization has done, in part by leveraging the power of highly customized customer relationship management (CRM) systems since 1984. In his presentation, Tarascio will explain how BBH is poised to take that momentum to a new level.
