EcoMedia(R) and Kiwi Magazine Form Print Partnership to Inspire Eco-friendly Behavior

Wednesday 05. March 2008 - Strategic Print Initiative Allows Advertisers to Further Extend their Green Message to Consumers

EcoMedia, a leading environmental media company that funds local programs to make a measurable impact on the environment, today announced a strategic print partnership with Kiwi magazine, a bi-monthly consumer publication that promotes healthy family lifestyle.

As part of the new partnership, EcoMedia and Kiwi will produce entertaining in-book units that focus on environmental community initiatives in three issues this year. These units will incorporate engaging activities and information for parents and children on how to protect the environment at home, at work and at school. The units will also include content from advertising partners in the EcoZone Program.

“Our partnership with Kiwi magazine allows us to reach an extremely important demographic,” said EcoMedia CEO and Founder, Paul Polizzotto. “Working with successful corporate and government leaders is necessary for us to make a measurable impact on the environment, but we must also access families and the younger generation to create long term environmental interest and awareness.”

In addition to the high impact in-book units, Polizzotto will contribute to the publication in a quarterly column entitled, “The Conscious Consumer.” The column will educate families on how to identify businesses and products that can help them improve their own environmental impact. Polizzotto’s column will be published in four issues of the magazine this year, with the first appearing in the March/April issue which hits newsstands March 11.

“Kiwi is delighted to partner with EcoMedia, a leader in environmental media,” said Maxine Wolf, Publisher and CEO of Kiwi magazine. “Paul Polizzotto is a true visionary and has a vital message to share with Kiwi readers.”
