PrintSoft WebDirect automates the document production process with easy-to-deploy and easy-to-use modules that provide web-enabled automated management of corporate correspondence from the desktop to the mailstream. It has proven its value with leading customers, including business process outsourcers, print service providers, and corporations. These customers are shifting the maintenance burden away from IT and addressing the needs of communication-intensive corporate business units to provide compliant, relevant and timely messages in both event-driven correspondence and planned high-volume communications.
Speaking in the XPLOR Document University program co-located with On Demand, PrintSoft Director of Business Development Avi Greenfield will be providing conference attendees with insight into the tools and techniques for most effectively utilizing customer information in personalized communications. The session, “Building a Bridge: Linking Customer Information and Personalized Mail,” is part of Wednesday’s “Mail in the Middle” conference track.
