Nordson Corporation Declares Second Quarter Dividend for 2008 Fiscal Year

Thursday 21. February 2008 - Nordson Corporation (NASDAQ:NDSN) today announced that its board of directors has declared a second quarter 2008 cash dividend in the amount of $0.1825 per common share, payable on March 18, 2008 to shareholders of record on March 4, 2008.

This amount equals the $0.1825 per common share cash dividend paid in the first quarter of fiscal year 2008, which began on November 1, 2007.
