Norske Skog: Mandatory notification of trade
Monday 11. February 2008 - Norske Skog has today bought 650,000 own shares at a price of NOK 29.3275. 143,700 of these shares have been resold to primary insiders at the same price, NOK 29.3275 per share. Norske Skog's own holding amounts to 1,106,300 shares after this purchase.
The purchase is done under the authorization to buy back up to 10 % of the shares, given by the Annual General Meeting. The shares will not be cancelled. The current buy-back program is limited to 1,400,000 shares and goes on until 29 February, 2008.
