Solarsoft Completes Acquisition of VantagePoint Systems

Friday 25. January 2008 - Solarsoft Business Systems announced today that it has completed the acquisition of VantagePoint Systems, the leading supplier of specialist manufacturing software to the global packaging industry.

Solarsoft’s acquisition was completed on schedule with the full support of VantagePoint’s senior management and was backed by the overwhelming majority of shareholders. VantagePoint and its affiliates will become private operating subsidiaries within the Solarsoft group.
