First look at Pit Demo agenda ahead of WrapFest 2024

Monday 16. September 2024 - Taking place in the iconic pit garages at Silverstone Racing Circuit on October 3-4, 2024, these live demonstrations, hosted by event partners, will showcase the latest techniques, materials, and products, providing attendees with learning opportunities and inspiration.

WrapFest 2024, the UK’s premier event for the vehicle and surface detailing industry, has unveiled a first glimpse of its agenda for the Pit Demo sessions.
In line with the other elements of WrapFest, the pit demonstrations will focus on delivering a comprehensive educational programme. In Pit 1 and 2, WrapFest’s Learnings Partner, The Wrap Institute, will showcase their innovative techniques, including the “Zero Stretch” wrapping method for efficient and energy-saving installations. Attendees can also learn to “Cut Like a Samurai,” to master precision cutting techniques, and discover how to “Make the Film Wrap the Car for You,” leveraging film properties for seamless application.
Pit 4 sponsored by PPF specialists Global Hi-Tech Films, will challenge conventions by demonstrating how to achieve flawless PPF installations without relying on software or pre-cut templates. Attendees will see the expertise of these professionals as they achieve a perfect finish, demonstrating the art of adaptability and precision.
Avery Dennison (Pit 6) will host two insightful demonstrations. Attendees can join Specialist Trainer Ash Ellison for the “Mactac Colorwrap Demo,” exploring the vibrant colours and application techniques of Mactac Colorwrap films. Dan Spouse, Specialist Trainer, will lead a PPF session, delving into the world of paint protection film and showcasing Avery Dennison’s innovative solutions. These sessions offer a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts and witness the latest advancements in vehicle enhancement and protection.
Grafityp will host a series of demonstrations in Pit 7, highlighting their expertise in digital printing and coloured films. Attendees are invited to experience the vibrant hues and impressive versatility of the Omega Skinz and GrafiWrap Series firsthand. A notable highlight will be the showcase of Grafityp’s Forged Carbon film, allowing visitors to witness its unique texture and application possibilities. Grafityp’s sessions are open to all interested in exploring the latest colour trends or discovering cutting-edge digital printing techniques.
3M, located in Pit 8, will feature two renowned experts: Ryan Travis, who will demonstrate the preparation and application of 3M Wrap Film Series 2080 and cutting with 3M Knifeless Tape, and Gavin Swallow, who will showcase the benefits of 3M Print Wrap Film IJ280, highlighting its repositionability and flexibility for even the most challenging curves and recesses.
Providing a hands-on experience with their M-PPF range, Metamark will be allowing attendees to explore the cutting-edge technology behind their vehicle protection and enhancement solutions, in Pit 10.
All Print Supplies (Pit 11) will feature industry legend Chris Edwards of CVI Group, who will lead captivating live wraps demonstrating how to elevate creativity and achieve flawless results with Fedrigoni’s Ultimate Slide & Tack film, known for its flexibility, repositionability, and conformity.
