Datalines successful drupa participation: business opportunities confirm growing trend for automation

Friday 23. August 2024 - Dataline looks back on a very successful participation at drupa, the worlds largest trade fair for the printing industry. It was the second time that the software company behind MultiPress MISERP took part in drupa, after a successful participation in 2016.

Dataline’s promise to halve the administrative costs of print companies resonated well with visitors from around the world.
Moreover, the company was awarded its sixth EDP Award at drupa, this time for the innovative MultiPress AI Assistant integrated into the latest update of MultiPress 6.0 Sirius.
Reducing administrative costs
During drupa, Dataline welcomed more than 2.000 print professionals and executives from over 128 countries at an impressive stand. They received detailed, personalised demonstrations and business analyses, conducted by experienced product and business experts. Dataline’s striking finding that 40% of the costs of each production order are administrative sparked awareness among many visitors who shared their experiences. It became clear how essential a modern MIS/ERP system is to reduce administrative costs and automate all business processes. The interest in Dataline’s print MIS/ERP software was overwhelming, resulting in many valuable contacts and new business opportunities.
Sixth EDP Award
One of the highlights of drupa was the presentation of the European Digital Press (EDP) Awards. An EDP Award is given by the EDP jury, made up of independent experts from the 20 leading trade magazines in Europe, including consultants, editors, engineers, and other professionals from the printing industry. They expertly evaluate equipment and software solutions that make a difference in terms of productivity, quality, and usability.
Dataline’s latest innovation, the MultiPress AI Assistant, received the prestigious award for the best print MIS solution of 2024. This is the sixth EDP Award for Dataline and confirms once again the company’s position as an innovator in the printing industry. With the groundbreaking MultiPress AI Assistant, print companies get quick analyses, insights, and recommendations about the success chances of their quotes in clear language.
