Tuesday 05. April 2022 - Globally operating diemaker Marbach, has recently launched its new blanking tool, the alublanker. Available in 102-106 format, this tool is characterized by its light weight and high precision. The Marbach alublanker is available in marbablanker and lightblanker versions.

In recent months, more and more Marbach customers have discovered the alublanker and are successfully using it to separate blanks in their packaging production.
The alublanker is a high-precision blanking tool lower part, made entirely of one piece and manufactured in one milling operation. The separating grid is made of aluminum and is completely CNC machined. This design and the choice of materials not only ensure low weight and thus optimal handling, but also high machine speeds, short set-up times and high packaging quality.
