Antalis launches Upside Premium pulp board

Tuesday 31. August 2021 - Antalis, Europes group for paper, packaging and visual communication solutions, is expanding its product range: Upside Premium, a fresh-fibre board for printing or packaging projects, is available to customers. This underlines Antalis continued sustainable focus in a growing product area.

Upside Premium is a high-quality cellulose board (GZ and UZ), which is available to customers in a single or double-sided matt-coated version, as well as an uncoated version.
Thanks to its composition and good price/performance ratio, Upside Premium is perfect for graphic applications such as folders, posters, envelopes, postcards and greeting cards, CD/DVD, tickets, tags, advertisements, promotional and invitation cards, flyers and many other creative print products. It also offers a wide range of applications in the production of fine packaging for cosmetics, perfumes, pharmaceutical products, beverages and high-quality consumer goods.
“Upside Premium is characterised by high whiteness, high volume and high stiffness as well as a pleasant feel. The optimal printability in offset printing, even with high-contrast images, as well as the compatibility with selected HP Indigo series is worth highlighting” explains Jens Rothe, Business Development Manager at Antalis.
The comprehensive range from 170 to 500g/m² (depending on the surface) is available from stock in a wide variety of formats, mostly non-grain, and additional special formats are available on request. Furthermore, the issue of sustainability is reflected in the FSC certification and the EU Ecolabel, which means that the range has been awarded 4 stars according to the Antalis Green Star SystemTM.
