We see ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers of self-adhesive labels. With our many years of experience and our know-how, we are also optimally equipped for the future, says Susanne Daiber, Managing Partner at Etiket Schiller.

The greatest challenge for Etiket Schiller is the quality requirements and international delivery to customers. For this reason, Etiket Schiller decided to use a ThermoFlexX 30 and the Studio RIP software available for this purpose. The ThermoFlexX 30 is equipped with a hybrid drum and is ideally suited for combined use for imaging metal and film carrier plates for high-quality label printing. Printing plates with a maximum plate size of 635 x 762 mm can be produced in-house. Ms. Daiber explains: “The ThermoFlexX 30 meets our requirements and is very good and easy to operate”.
Etiket Schiller only uses Flint Groups nyloprint printing plates. Water-washable letterpress printing plates for high-quality label printing and for printing on plastic laminates. Digital imaging ensures excellent print quality through more detailed reproduction, more open negative elements and finer highlight areas. The digital workflow enables data transfer without loss of quality.
The aim of Etiket Schiller is to further expand the sustainability sector on the one hand and to be able to offer everything from standard labels to highly finished labels on the other.
