Award for Highest Customer Loyalty

March 2020 - Onlineprinters, the online printing company Onlineprinters, convinced with its German brand diedruckerei.de in a study by Deutschland Test and Focus Money: The company was awarded the rating Outstanding for Highest customer loyalty. In cooperation with the consulting and analysis company ServiceValue, the business magazine Focus Money evaluated more than 1,900 companies from 198 industries and interviewed more than 570,000 customers.
“We are proud of this award because it shows that we succeed in retaining our customers in the long term through a broad portfolio, exemplary quality and a high level of service,” says Christian Würst, Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer of the Onlineprinters Group.
The total of 570,000 customers who took part in the study were first presented with a list of companies from which they had already ordered at least once. They were then asked to answer the question of whether they would choose this supplier again if they were interested in buying or contracting again. Companies that are above the average of the industry average receive the award “High Customer Loyalty”, companies that are above the average of the industry average, such as diedruckerei.de, receive the award “Highest Customer Loyalty”.
Christian Würst emphasizes: “To remain attractive for our customers, we are constantly adding new products to our portfolio. In addition to classic paper products, we are also introducing a wide range of promotional items and textiles which, when provided with a logo, can easily turn customers and employees into brand ambassadors”.
