Miraclon to drive flexo printing transformation through innovation and collaboration

The company officially launches its KODAK FLEXCEL NX Ultra solution in Europe. Users now have the same printing benefits as with the KODAK FLEXCEL NX System as the top product, with a solution that offers solvent- and VOC-free production of a ready-to-print plate in less than an hour with water-based processing. Using patented KODAK Ultra Clean technology, the FLEXCEL NX Ultra solution is the first water-based solution to deliver consistent, high-performance flexo plates in a high-throughput, low-maintenance environment.
As collaboration is at the heart of Miraclon’s corporate values, visitors will also learn how Miraclon works with printers, prepress service providers and consumer brand owners around the world to further develop the capabilities of flexo printing. KODAK FLEXCEL NX technology offers tangible time-to-market, cost and sustainability benefits for global packaging value chains and is proving to be a key element in the industry’s adoption of flexography as a real alternative to gravure and offset printing.
